By signing up and actively using the MysticParadise program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. MysticParadise may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with MysticParadise. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the MysticParadise program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members:

You must be18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International (English-speaking) members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree to and must use your own "Full" name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing MysticParadise account.

You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your MysticParadise account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Any attempt to sell or transfer a member account will result in the immediate termination of that membership and loss of any and all earnings and downlines.

MysticParadise reserves the right to refuse advertising! To advertise with our company, you must be aware of the following rules: These are simple but have to be followed: Advertising not accepted: Sexist, racial, sexual or violence in anyways. No Gambling Sites or Sites that sells any type of Pharmaceutical Products. If someone purchases or redeems their ad(s) for something related to the above mentioned unacceptable sites they will lose their money and/or earnings and will not be refunded. Also, if you buy an advertisement, we cannot guaranteed any click through rate unless you buy for a guaranteed number of visitors, which will be delivered on time.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by MysticParadise be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up MysticParadise. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from MysticParadise. limited to no more than (260) per day.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from MysticParadise, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Zero tolerance for "cheaters", your accounts will be deleted and earnings forfeited.

The value of cash ads/ptc's range from .0001 cent to 1 cents. The value of a point ads/ptc's range from 1 point to 100 points. If a error is made in the value of the ad in such a way that it exceeds the normal value - we would appreciate members notifying us on the validity of the value. If a member clicks on the ad and requests a payout their account may be subject to deletion and funds forfeited.

If your IP address and your country does not match, your account will be terminated and all unpaid earnings will be forfeited. We DO verify every account!!

You must also have interests and payment information filled out correctly. Should any member select "Blind Clicker (DON'T CHECK ME)", "Cannot Read English", "Delete Me I cheat", "I am a Cheater" or "Select This-You're Deleted" they will be terminated immediately and all unpaid earnings will be forfeited.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and MysticParadise are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and MysticParadise. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of MysticParadise. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

You must remain an active member. Clicking at least 75 links every thirty days is a requirement of your membership. Every day, members who have not clicked 100 links in 30 days will be deleted. If an account is found to be inactive, it will be deleted, and all earnings and referrals will be lost. No accounts will be reinstated, and you will not receive your downline and earnings back if you are terminated due to inactivity.

The usage of any email reading software is strictly prohibited. A link titled "Quality Control Link" will occasionally be sent out to check for this. Clicking this link will result in your account being terminated immediately, no exceptions.
English tests will be sent out periodically. These tests re-direct to a webpage that clearly states that you need to close your browser immediately. There is a 45 second timer on each of these links, which allows ample time for you to close your browser. Clicking this link and allowing the timer to complete will result in your account being terminated immediately.
There is a link at the VERY bottom of all paid emails that are sent out from MysticParadise that is clearly stated as a CHEAT LINK. Clicking this link will result in your account being debited $1. If you click this link 3 times, your account will be terminated.

Only members from certain countries are allowed to participate in search emails and the Paid2Search section. The countries allowed are: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. Any member from any country other than the ones listed here who is caught participating in the Paid2Search section or having Search selected as an interest will have their account terminated.

Limitation of Liability:

MysticParadise will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or MysticParadise program, even if MysticParadise has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, MysticParadise aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:

Must Earn 10% of Payout from on site Earnings
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by MysticParadise. Members may earn by referring new members to the MysticParadise program. (You MUST be atleast 30% as active as your downline to receive credit for their earnings. You MUST also click a paid link atleast every 3 days to receive credit from your downline.) Members will be paid via PayPal, eGold (10% fee) or Money Order (95-cent fee) Note: Money Order payments may only be sent to members from the United States of America and Canada. MysticParadise will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by MysticParadise. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after. If your account is set to a vacation mode your request WILL BE DELETED!

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with MysticParadise and may result in legal prosecution. MysticParadise strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. MysticParadise may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. MysticParadise will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
